Dan Griffiths
Dan provides legal counsel on client matters, transactional support and analysis for energy projects, and serves as a legal advocate before courts and regulatory bodies. He has significant experience with commercial transactions, renewable energy development, project finance, and compliance with state and federal laws.
Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Dan is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Sandeep Bhateja
Sandeep Bhateja provides engineering, analyst, and project management expertise for energy projects. Sandeep’s client service includes power purchase agreement exhibit modifications, contract compliance analysis, project milestone enforcement, as well as regulatory and economic analyses.
Prior to work with Griffiths, PC, Sandeep served as project manager in multiple roles throughout PG&E’s service territory for utility upgrade programs. During this time, Sandeep implemented Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracting models in electric operations, and managed a project portfolio of over $85 million throughout all phases of construction. Prior to operations in PG&E service territory, Sandeep served as a region engineer at SoCalGas pertaining to Gas Emergency Center operations and pipeline replacement. Sandeep has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
Rory Crowley
Rory is an experienced analyst and project manager with a strong background in project development, asset management, construction, and regulatory compliance.
He applies these strengths to the technical components of renewable project agreements as well as ensuring project development goals are met. Rory brings a rigorous, detail-driven approach to natural resource and energy matters. He received his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California, Davis.
Paula Palomo
Paula serves the office of Griffiths, PC at the operational level. Utilizing her background in legal office management as well as her time as a logistician, she is responsible for keeping the firm’s infrastructure and client interfacing systems in step with Griffiths, PC’s expanding needs. She also serves the firm’s clients with business-related matters. Paula received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento.
